| What is Prepainted Steel? |
Pre-painted steel is a corrosion resistant substrate that has had
paint applied to both sides through a continuous coil coating
process, which produces a uniform paint finish. Fulilai Steel Group
produces pre-painted steel sheets and coils coils by directly
applying primer and paint on to steel sheet in a coating line. The
finished products can easily be roll formed, bent, and stamped
without tarnishing the paint quality.

Manufacturing
In the above process, if the cleaning degreasing process is not
handled well, the adhesion of the primer of the color coated plate
to the galvanized sheet is not good, and it is easy to cause the
topcoat of the color coated steel coil to fall off during the press
forming process.
